On November 12, 2024, the Companies issued a joint circular (Circular) presenting proposals for, among other things, the merger of the six Societies into three (Mergers), subscription offers by AAEV, AATG and CRWN (as proposed acquirers), revised fee arrangements that would apply to each management agreement between AAEV and CRWN with its investment manager, Albion Capital Group LLP (Manager), and convocations for the general meetings of the Companies to be convened on December 11, 2024 and December 19, 2024 in connection therewith (General meetings and each a General Assembly). Below are the results of the General Meetings of the Companies held today (December 11, 2024).
