Snoop Dogg reunites with Dr. Dre in Missionary: Stream

Thirty-one years after the arrival of their iconic album, Doggy style, Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dr they teamed up once again. Today, Snoop’s new Dre-produced album, Missionaryfinally arrived.

Released through Death Row, Aftermath Entertainment and Interscope, Missionary is a quintessential Snoop affair, with refreshed G-Funk beats, lyrical wordplay, reminiscences about Snoop’s upbringing, and interesting appearances by the likes of Sting, Eminem, 50 Cent, Method Man, Jelly Roll, the late Tom Petty and many others.

To this end, Missionary it’s full of lots of unexpected moments. On Sting-featuring “Another Part of Me” you hear the Police frontman deliver unusual lines like “From the jump man I’m off/ I’m the one, what the hell they got to say.” In “Last Dance with Mary Jane,” Snoop and Jelly Roll trade stories about how they “saw some things,” with the titular Tom Petty sample serving as a hook between them.

Other important points include MIA sampling “Out of the Blue” and the lead single, “Gorgeous,” featuring Jhené Aiko. Check out the full tracklist and stream the album in its entirety below.
